Prep 4 Success was founded with a simple but powerful mission: To give every child the best start to their learning journey. We saw a growing need for a school readiness program that supports children not only academically, but also emotionally, socially, and physically, in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Meet Our Founder – Laila
Founder & Director, Prep 4 Success

Laila is a dedicated early childhood education professional with over seven years of leadership experience. Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (2025), she has led several respected early learning centres, earning a reputation for her commitment to excellence.

With a deep understanding of child development and the school transition process, Laila founded Prep 4 Success in response to concerns from primary educators about children lacking foundational skills. Her program is designed to equip young learners with the academic, social, and emotional tools they need for a confident start to school.
